Application for the Continued Use of Campus Email Services for Graduates and Alumni"

1. In accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act," and based on the "Classification of Responsibilities for Information Security" and the "Guidelines for Electronic Mail Services and Security Management in Educational Systems," we will only provide alumni with access to the student information query function in the campus administrative information system. Other services involving personal data will be suspended until the user actively applies for them, and unused accounts will be treated similarly.

2. Alumni who apply to continue using the service and log in are considered to have accepted the university's regulations related to personal data protection and information security.

3. Application Procedure:

   1. Please fill out the application form: https://forms.gle/Kx6MuroKexfY9aw57

   2. After reactivation, you must change your password to a complex one (mandatory upon the first login after reactivation).

      Definition of a complex password:

      • Contains 8 or more characters.

      • Includes a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

      • Does not use common words or personal information as the password (e.g., birthdate, phone number).

   • Please note that this reactivated account is for the campus email system, not for Google academic accounts.
   • Emails are delivered from the 1st to the 25th of each month, with issuance occurring from the 26th to the 31st of each month.
