Dear Faculty and Students,
The library will temporarily resume operations starting Monday, September 22, 2025. However, as floor renovation work in the building is still in progress, only the first floor will be open to users. Access to the second floor and above will remain suspended until further notice. Please review the following information:
1. Many bookshelves and equipment have not yet been fully installed. Please pay close attention to blocked pathways and safety signs.
2. Services and resources available on the first floor include: circulation desk services, online information retrieval, periodicals and newspapers, individual reading areas, and rest areas. (Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the library)
3. Collections on the second floor and above will not be accessible during this stage of construction. Users who wish to borrow books may either approach the circulation desk or download and complete the Book Reservation Form from the library website.
4. In addition to physical book loans, we encourage everyone to make full use of the wide range of electronic resources available through the library (https://knuerm.flysheet.com.tw/).
5. If construction work affects access routes or raises safety concerns, the library may temporarily close again. Advance notice will be provided.
6. For matters not covered in this notice, please consult the circulation desk staff. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these temporary restrictions and thank you for your understanding.
