To prevent DDOS attacks and webpage tampering, our office has assisted all departments in generating a “System Maintenance” page. The operating steps are included in the attached announcement.
Please update the website administrator information and follow the instructions in the attachment to perform a site switch test before June 21. Submit the test results via the university’s GAPPS cloud form.
Departments not using the RPAGE system or that already have a landing page should create their own static maintenance page.
