1. In response to policy changes by Google, our office previously announced adjustment measures in March 2021, prioritizing the rights of currently enrolled students.
      The deletion process for accounts of non-active faculty, staff, and students has been completed. The affected student ID ranges are as follows:
Undergraduate Student ID Ranges:
      B89~B107
      C89~C107
Master’s Student ID Ranges:
      M89~M109
      E89~E109

2. Routine clean-up operations for inactive student Google accounts will continue. The timeline for this cycle is as follows:
Inactive students with ID prefixes B108, C108, M110, E110 (and earlier):
1. Starting from August 1, 2024: Grace period for deletion of Google academic accounts.
2. Starting from March 1, 2025: Accounts of inactive students will be disabled (Phase 2).
3. Starting from August 1, 2025: Accounts of inactive students will be permanently deleted (Final Phase).

3. Currently enrolled faculty, staff, and students are also advised to keep their Google academic account usage under 15GB.
