To implement the necessary actions of the Information Security Act, we are currently updating the HTTPS security encryption certificates for all university websites, 1. Please have the system platform administrators of each unit fill out the following form using the university's Gapps academic government account. The information systems reported in this form refer to learning platforms and other website system services independently purchased and set up by each unit,
2. We have pre-filled recent system application information. If there are personnel changes, please update the information accordingly.
※ If your system is not listed in the form, please ensure you fill it out.
※ Please pay attention to the fields with yellow background, which should at least include:
"Secondary Unit"
"Main System Service Name"
"System Administrator (User)" <- fill in if applicable
"Outsourced (Building) Vendor"
"Internal Network of the System" <- application information will be included
"Domain Name" <----------- required if applicable
"System Usage Status"
3. For the update application of each system's security certificate, please select 【Apply for Reissue】 in the "Security Encryption Channel (HTTPS)" field for the corresponding system. We will schedule a time for the certificate replacement for that system.
4. If the system is no longer in use, please select 【Can be shut down】 in the "System Usage Status" field.
5. The inventory and replacement work are expected to be completed by the end of November. If the form is not filled out by then, according to the Information Security Act, all unreported systems will be considered idle, and we will proceed with shutting them down to reduce the number of idle systems.
6. This university-wide information system inventory is conducted in accordance with the Information Security Act and will be a "regular" process, with an inventory to be conducted at least once a year. Additionally, future inventories for "Information Equipment" and "Internet of Things Devices" for all units are still to be conducted.
7. For systems managed by each unit that involve operations related to information system account permissions (such as adding, modifying, or deleting accounts), please start using the "System Access Permission Application Form" available in our document download area, and keep it for inspection in case of an audit by the Ministry of Education.
Thank you for your cooperation and hard work!
