To comply with information security regulations, please refrain from placing Word and Excel files on department webpages. Instead, follow these guidelines:

  1. For the same file, alongside the Word document, please provide both a PDF and an ODT (Open Document Text) file.
  2. Similarly, for the same file, alongside the Excel document, please provide both a PDF and an ODS (Open Document Spreadsheet) file.

Webpage administrators for each department are requested to complete these updates by July 13th. Thank you for your cooperation.
