1. In response to the adjustment of Google's policy, our unit has officially sent a letter to notify all academic account users in March 2011, and announced the relevant adjustment measures
It has been one year since the buffer period has been implemented, and the accounts of non-current students and non-service faculty members are being gradually suspended;
2. The unit will implement the final stage from now on, and the account will be deleted gradually, and no further notice will be given at that time.
3. In-service faculty and students are also requested to keep the Google Scholar account usage within 15G.

Non-active students and non-active staff:
1. From now on, accounts that have never logged in will be deactivated and deleted first
2. From now on, accounts that have not logged in or stored data for more than half a year will be deleted first
3. From now on, for accounts that already have stored data, please download and back up the data or transfer the data, and the account will be temporarily reserved
4. On March 1, 2022, the accounts of all non-current students and non-current faculty members will be suspended (Phase 2)
5. On June 1, 2022, the accounts of all non-current students and non-current faculty members will be deleted (final stage)
6. In the future, it will be decided whether to resume the application for the alumni academic account service depending on the space usage
※ If your account is judged to have no stored data and has been deleted, please report to the official group of this unit within 20 days of the system deletion (recovery applications are no longer accepted)
※ The time calculation is based on the Google system, and relevant restoration applications will not be accepted after 20 days
